    1987年左右因石家庄市公安局、检察院、法院的干警贪赃枉法，使我深受其害，经济被非法强占的倾家荡产，受不到合法保护，导致了我至今的贫穷。当时没办法时，一个月给邓小平同志连续写了二封挂号信求助，未音讯使我误认为瞧不起我。没再联系过，后来有迹象表明材料被石家庄市委等等腐败分子欺下瞒上压了。 
  18年后的2002年6月27日，因我作为村主任搞依法治村受到一些乡、县干部全方位的打击报复，强抢财物、非法拘禁、非法入宅、非法搜查、刑讯逼供、体罚、疟待，强迫请客、打人骂人，骗取强占村委会公章、用刑法强迫我辞职、干涉村民自治、侵犯民主权利、玩忽职守、渎职，在我受到严重侵犯无助时，求助于中央机关及其领导關照（我与腐败分子们的斗争过程及结果另外见有关专门报道）。 

  中央领导亲自给我答复： 
1、确认有《剥削论》一事。 
2、《剥削论》这篇著作在当时对中国的改革开放事业作出了巨大的贡献，起到了很大的推动作用。 
3、邓小平临终前留有遗嘱：我去世以后，你们这辈人继续查找《剥削论》作者，如果能找到他，替我好好地感谢他一下，否则我死不瞑目。 
4、向你表示感谢。 

    根据中央某领导透露,邓小平同志说:“四人帮”搞了两个直升飞机,我搞一个就胜过他们。如果能找到他,我为他在内蒙古自治区选匹宝马，我为他牵马缀登在天安门广场夸官三天。 咱们共产党尊重人才吗！要破历史记录地尊重人才！

本回忆录于20０３年应邓朴方同志核实作者身份撰写手稿，经与当时的《剥削论》手稿比对笔迹进行鉴定，确认李元明是真实作者，并且邓朴方同志根据《中华人民共和国电子签字法》依法签字声明：李元明回忆录《我匿名撰写<剥削论>邓小平等领导下令查作者》一文中提到的与邓小平等老前辈有关的事件符合事实。

后续：2008年许,因平山县政界（后来知道是四人帮的残余势力反党集团）一些人，到处打击报复李元明，被举报到时任总书记、国家主席、军委主席的胡锦涛和总理温家宝和人大委员长吴邦国，三位最高领导狠批了时任河北省委书记白克明二次。白书记第一次挨批后，让秘书批评了时任平山县委书记赵新朝。我见没有效果，半月后又一次跑到北京向胡锦涛、吴邦国、温家宝寄信控告，半月后白书记被胡总书记等在北京第二次又批评后，又第二次并且亲自向平山县委办电话批评赵新朝县委书记，由于张大平反党集团的中间欺下瞒上反动运作，至今没有任何合法合理结果。

今天李元明继续向习近平一班人讨公道，不知可否？我支持邓小平为代表的中国共产党领导中国人民的改革开放事业有功反而遭殃，遭了邓小平改革开放的敌对势力的殃；我的支持一开始邓小平等老前辈就非常满意，全党就非常满意，全国人民就非常满意，而我就大祸临头，这公平吗？请习近平给个说法!我和中国人民拭目以待!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
